“We had a wonderful experience at the Center City Lovesac showroom. We spent over an hour in the store. Sharen was our primary person in the store, and she was so kind, patient, and eager to help us. She helped us create a design for a starter couch that can grow with us.
After spending time in the showroom, we went back and forth with Sharen, Oscar, and Fauzi at least 15 times via text exploring different configurations and fabric options. They were always prompt, responsive, and helpful. We also loved that they don’t work on commission — it truly felt like they cared about getting it right, not just making a sale. Cannot recommend a visit to the showroom enough!”

Surprisingly, the company handled every design change patiently without acting annoyed. The cabinet ended up matching their existing flooring and countertops almost perfectly, which couldn’t have been easy. Delivery happened later in the evening than scheduled, but the workers still took their time setting everything up properly instead of rushing. The doors close softly, the finish feels smooth, and the extra storage completely transformed how organized the kitchen feels now.”

“We bought our patio set from Gasper Exterior Furnishings a few years ago and recently had an issue with the firepit. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had discontinued the model — a higher-end unit that still looked like new but had stopped working.
Eli and the team at Gasper were absolutely AMAZING. Instead of trying to sell us a whole new firepit, Eli connected us with George to repair it and even worked directly with the supplier to locate and order a replacement insert. That kind of service — years after the original purchase — is almost unheard of.

“I had a pleasant experience visiting this furniture store. The furniture selection was nice, and I was able to find exactly the couch I was looking for. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided good customer service throughout my visit.
Unfortunately, the store does not offer its own delivery service and instead uses independent contract delivery providers. For my location, the delivery costs were quite high and would have exceeded the price of the couch itself, making it impractical for me to move forward with the purchase.
Overall, I liked the quality and appearance of the furniture and appreciated the courteous service. While it wasn't the right fit for my situation due to the delivery costs, others who are closer to the store or have their own transportation may have a better experience.”
