After spending time in the showroom, we went back and forth with Sharen, Oscar, and Fauzi at least 15 times via text exploring different configurations and fabric options. They were always prompt, responsive, and helpful. We also loved that they don’t work on commission — it truly felt like they cared about getting it right, not just making a sale.
