Great service and I love that they have a new flavor pretzel every-time I visit! Which isn’t very often but when I do visit they always have a smiling face on them everytime ?

Love the Pretzel Factory but was a little upset today I ordered 2 Cheese hot dogs and when I got home I started eating mine and it had no cheese in it !!! But it was good I just dipped it some spicy mustard

Reminds me of center city street vendors selling pretzels. Only difference no car exhaust taste.
