I went there and bought a phone that I'm having a hard time with

I needed a screen protector and case for my new phone. I called ahead and when I got there they didn't have the case (my fault for not specifying Pro vs. standard iPhone). They apologized and gave me the screen protector for free! Super-friendly and helpful - will definitely go back.
