Horrible customer service. Always understaffed with customer service agents causing me to wait an hour and a half to even sit down with someone. The staff always acts like their time is more valuable than yours. They're supposed to be here for us not the other way around. Do better.

Worse bank in South Philly. The tellers are always very rude as is basically all who are employed there with the exception of maybe 3 that aren't. There's always some type of issue with customer service.

This place is horrible with the customer service. Always waited too long. Low on customer service workers. They need to hire more people helping with customer service. Waited too long! Canceling my account and never coming back here.
