Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. While USPS is going through a lot of changes and struggles, the employees at this particular location are described as very professional, helpful, and friendly. Customers have sometimes been rude to the hardworking staff, but they continue to provide exceptional service. The physical plant could use some improvements, but the short wait times make up for it. Overall, this USPS location is one of the best, offering a pleasant and easy experience for customers.
Kind and helpful staff - it was pretty empty when I went (4:30 pm on a Monday), no line. The women I worked with was very friendly, answered all my questions with ease, and was even patient with me when I made a mistake on the touchscreen.

They cannot receive packages! Terrible attitude. They don’t even say sorry. Have no date for fixing it. Edit: About a month later, I went again. They are receiving packages. And she was really nice! Redeemed!
