“Customer service from Nikki was refreshing. She was so nice to me. It feels good to be seen, as it’s rare to find anyone genuine these days. I left with a beautiful set of Adrian loafers for my new job. My first pair of docs! I’m so happy. I can’t wait to come back! Thanks Nikki”

“To be honest I wasn’t expecting to purchase / go through this process with Anthro - but it was a free appt, sooner availability than others, and I love an excuse for a Terrain brunch, so I figured I could just get an idea there. But - I was blown away with the selection, how fun it was, and most importantly, Hayley, who made everything perfect. She instantly got my vague vision/vibe, and knew exactly what to pull, even though I didn’t. I didn’t even pick my final dress out, she did. After just one quick appointment I’ve made my purchase and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Hayley & Anthro team for making this process so comfortable and fun!! 🫶🏼”

“Omar was absolutely fantastic. Upon entering everybody was super friendly and welcoming. Not like the other high end stores that have their noses out of whack. He didn’t treat me a certain way based on my appearance. I was given proper attention, respect and ultimately bought my new handbag from this location. ❤ I will absolutely come back here again soon! Thanks again Omar, I love my bag!”

“I went in search of shoes that I could wear to a wedding, but that I could also wear regularly so I could get my moneys worth out of them. Unfortunately I did not find many that would work for me. I have wide feet and only saw two shoes in a wide size. Then the shoes I found that I liked were not in my size. Luckily I was able to find one pair that would work for me, even though I didn’t really like the way they looked. I also found that the shoes in the “clearance“ section were still quite expensive so I’m not sure what clearance means here. On the bright side I was able to find a coupon to use and the cashier was very nice. Next time I shouldn’t wait until the last minute to go shoe shopping.”
690 West Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia PA 19406

“Customer service was 10/10! I needed steel-toe boots last-minute for work and this was the only store in a 10-mile radius that carried them AND in sizes that fit a woman’s 8.5 foot. The staff member who helped me (I never caught his name) was incredibly knowledgeable about the shoes and their stock history. Absolute lifesaver of a store and staff.”

“I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. I could not have asked for a better experience at this store. I felt like Jeff kind of brought back this old school retail customer service that was above and beyond if that makes sense. I would highly recommend this store and I will be back as there was so many other cute items and accessories to choose from including adorable purses. Thank you Jeff and my feet will thank you too!”

“I have a few EF tops, but went on a mission to find “bottoms” that fit. Dragged my husband to KOP today. After receiving zero help at Nordstrom, walked into EF… WOW! We received top notch service from Rose! Walked out with 3 pairs of pants/trousers and 2 sweaters. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality, but more importantly, the level of outstanding service! A ++++”
