Not only was the customer service OUTSTANDING, but as was the product quality, selection and reasonable prices. “Lovely toy store with a great selection for babies and kids of all ages! The gift wrapping service is a special touch, makes it so easy to find something ready to gift. I was bummed on my most recent visit though when a book I wanted was priced more at the register than the price printed on the back of the book. I asked about it but was told it was the more expensive price despite what was on the item. I would’ve understood if there was a label or sticker on the book with the actual price, but I’ve never experienced this before where the price on the item wasn’t the actual price. I really wanted to purchase the book here instead of a larger mass retailer, but after seeing the price difference we ended up returning it.”

“EDWIN? IS? THE? MAN!!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! We went in looking for a TikTok viral product during holiday week for my teen daughter. She didn't see it and I told her to ask. I asked 1 employee and he said he saw it but thinks it's gone. She asked someone who said they thought it was up front. Neither seemed to be too certain though. Refusing to give up I decided to ask 1 more employee. THANK GOD IT WAS EDWIN! I asked him and he recognized the item right away and said he thought it sold out already. But he offered to check the back and VOILA! HE BROUGHT A NEW BOX!!! ? He was so patient and kind and went the extra mile. He won my heart and am very thankful for his help. 5/5 from me! THANK YOU EDWIN! May you be blessed beyond measure for your kindness and service. ?”
