Stopped at this store a couple of weeks ago, talked to CSR Lovisha re replacing a Windows pc with a MacBook. She was very helpful, answered questions re transferring files and recycling old equipment.

Had excellent service when I was there. They were very sympathetic to me as a traveler on my way back home hundreds of miles away.

I've been trying to get my grandmother's phone unbricked for a month with the online Apple help. It's been a complete freaking nightmare with seven different people telling me seven different things. We go into the store and they had it handle in less than 15 minutes, and were very pleasant to deal with.
