“We needed a new washer and dryer. My wife and I went to multiple stores and did some online research to figure out what we needed and get some price points. We stopped by Dormont appliance and met our salesperson Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with him and going over a few things we were told by other stores salesman about some products, it was a clear we found the store where we wanted to spend our money. They had the best overall price for the washer and dryer we bought. Easy no pressure purchase, and easy quick delivery! Definitely top of our list for any future appliance purchases! We went with the GE Profile Washer (PTW700BST0WS) and Dryer (PTD70GBST0WS)Set! So far they are working Great! Thanks to Dormont Appliance and Wayne for a great experience!”

“On 4/5 I was helped by a wonderful person (Sui/Siu (apologies I don’t recall how their name was spelled,)) who was super kind, personable, and knowledgeable about iPhones and answered a ton of questions for me. On 4/6 I went in to buy a new phone and Emily was just as amazing. They answered every question I had with 100% confidence and got me set up and out the door with no issues at all.

He was so helpful and up beat and you could see he is a great roll model. I met him because I invertenly kept getting in the way which became a joke. He reminded me of my father who died almost 28 yrs ago. I enjoyed his help and personality and won't soon forget him because he is that kind of man. I think he could be a dad figure to many people.
