We stopped by Dormont appliance and met our salesperson Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. “On 4/5 I was helped by a wonderful person (Sui/Siu (apologies I don’t recall how their name was spelled,)) who was super kind, personable, and knowledgeable about iPhones and answered a ton of questions for me. On 4/6 I went in to buy a new phone and Emily was just as amazing. They answered every question I had with 100% confidence and got me set up and out the door with no issues at all.

He was so helpful and up beat and you could see he is a great roll model. I met him because I invertenly kept getting in the way which became a joke. He reminded me of my father who died almost 28 yrs ago. I enjoyed his help and personality and won't soon forget him because he is that kind of man. I think he could be a dad figure to many people.
