The best warm and friendly staff I've experienced in the USA. cricket outlet on Brookline boulevard has a very professional in store manager who just knows anything and everything about her job.

I took a friend to this store because it wasn't working properly. Michelle was very wonderful in helping my friend to get a new phone. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants a Cricket phone.
