There was a gentleman that was working there. His name is Andy. He helped us on the floor and then he helped us up at customer service when we got up there. We were looking for a product that has not been shipped to my husband in over 2 months so we got that straightened out. He's actually very very good.

Im not a contractor. Just a homeowner with small home projects. From my experience this store always has what I want and the store employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable enough to give me suggestions and point me in the right direction.
