The Omni William Penn Hotel is an iconic, historic hotel in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. It is a sophisticated retreat featuring a beautiful lobby, an elaborate Grand Ballroom, and elegant restaurants. There are also vibrant bars, a tea room, a coffee shop, and expansive conference facilities.
The plush rooms and suites are spacious and clean, often offering lovely city views. The location provides great walkability to points of interest. While the service staff is dedicated and top notch, some frontline servers can seem unfocused. The conference facilities are well-designed, though some exhibitor spaces are small and separate. The ballroom, while beautiful, can have a narrow, deep layout. Overall, it offers a beautiful experience with great amenities in a very safe environment.
A perfect slice of Downtown Pittsburgh. From Elisabeth and Kyren at the Front Desk to Justin in the Tap Room, Stellar Service, sincere interactions across an 8 day stay. These folks represent the landmark extremely well. Cannot wait to return.

Rooms are impeccably clean services provided are outstanding. The location is readily accessible to all points in downtown Northshore shore and south side staffing is excellent. True white glove treatment. I would suggest when visiting this site.One should tip accordingly.
