PNC has really gone downhill. They have closed most of their branches so you can’t do in person anymore. They don’t list which branches can actually handle deposits or help you. May as well use an online banking service

Worst PNC bank I have ever been to. You are better off just closing it. If anyone has to go there take snacks with you you’ll be there to over an hr. Yalls really pay someone to just sit there
