This bank is ridiculous. Always long lines and the manager is extremely unhelpful. Stands around with her hands in her pockets instead of helping customers.

Jerry is an experienced teller. He went above and beyond to help us. Even though we showed up minutes before closing he was so happy to help us.

Branch manager couldn't take care of an unwarranted $10 fee, where PNC was in the wrong. Risking losing a 22-year customer, who has multiple accounts and a business account. Stupid and short-sighted.
