“I love this Boost store! I was able to get my iPhone XR back in 2019 for $1 down when I was Boosting Up and I am just about to make my last payment. The employees there are always super helpful and really nice. Today the gentleman who helped me upgrade my SIM got that done within minutes, super fast and was very nice! “My wife and I had to stop in to unfortunately return recently passed brother’s Xfinity cable equipment. Liam (Manager) waited on us, I must say was sympathetic, and so, so helpful at a tough time for us. Although the store was very busy, he made us feel like we were the only ones there. Gave us his unwavering attention and made a tough visit go so smoothly.
We noticed a sign for a cellular promotion and ended up switching both our phones over from T-mobile to Xfinity. Liam also took the time to graciously set up and transfer over both our phones. In a world of fast paced corporate businesses, Liam and this location are the absolute exceptions.
Corporate Xfinity should use this location as a template as to how all their locations should be run.
