“My 2018 Impala has 144000 miles and it had lost some pep. Also, after having a major brake overhaul by a local dealer and 4 return trips the brakes still weren't right. Finally the brakes feel great and the car is running really well. Best experience I've had with car service in along time.”
“I work on 286 and hit a pot hole between daycare and my office - and something terrible happened under my car. I limped it to John's and asked if they might have some time for it today. I'm new to the area and hadn't heard anything about them - it was literally the closest place and I was late for a meeting and couldn't wait for a tow. They were so nice and said they would work it in. I left them with my info and walked to work. They called me less than 30 minutes later, let me know it was a really quick fix, and that it was ready. They had exceptional customer service, and it's clear they love cars of all kinds. They gave me the impression that they were not about bs at all, and I absolutely did not get that scummy upsell feeling that chain mechanics and dealerships leave you with. Would highly recommend! I'll be back for my state inspection!”
