“I used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a “drive-up” mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more “user friendly” and convenient with a drive-up drop box.”

“I visit this location several times a week. Tauren is awesome! The older guy too. I came into contact with a lady supervisor/manager once; she was terrible…grouchy full of attitude…but I haven’t seen her in a long time. But 99% of the time I have a pleasant experience. They’re very rigid/consistent with their pickup times which is great because I know what I’m gonna get. If the Dropbox in the lobby is jammed, it’s just full. You can drop off inside to the far right or you can try to ring the bell. Just let them know it’s jammed. Last Dropbox pickup is 5:30 M-F and 3:30 Saturdays. So if you get there at 5:45 go inside or else it won’t get picked up until the next day.”

“I've been using this Post Office for the past five years (including one time for passport) and always had great experience even though the crew has seemingly changed a few times.Employees are always courteous, friendly and patient, lines are taken care of quickly and store section is always well stocked with boxes and packing materials. That's exactly what one would expect walking into Postal Office and this one certainly delivers (pun intended).Looking at negative reviews, a lot of them seemingly reflect general USPS related issues and don't do proper justice for this office specifically, they are doing a great job.”

I had to submit a complaint regarding and issue we are having with mail at our address.He responded to my submitted complaint extremely quickly and seemed to really care about resolving this for me as quickly as possible. Such a funny & sweet woman.I thought the passport experience would be a pain in the ? from my research but it was not. We truly enjoyed ourselves and she knew her stuff WELL. The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”

“Always have a good experience there. I just moved here 6 months ago and never had a PO box before and it's been a learning curve for me. But that's also why it's a 4 stars for me. I think we should have mailboxes. It's a bit outdated to just have PO boxes. No one has time to check a PO everyday”

“Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”

“Compared to some of the other area Post Offices, this one in Presto, Pennsylvania is much smaller, but you get much BIGGER service! It feels like a small town Post Office where everyone knows your name. There is rarely a line, and the staff here is very nice . . . Cheers!”
