“I don’t know where to start. I was having such a rough night going to 4 different WU locations, with all systems down and no help from a single associate at prior stores. I called this location to see if western union was up and running, Susan sweetly answered the phone to check for me and told me yes. I drive 20 mins to the prospect park location & immediately upon walking in Susan asked me if I was there for western union, walked me over to the phone and kindly helped me get started. On top of that, when it didn’t work at first she took efforts into her own hands and helped me further until it did, I could’ve cried from pure relief and happiness. Emmy was also working and helped me locate the tracking number without me even having to ask. As someone who has worked in customer service for 15 years I recognize when I receive great service and I absolutely commend Susan and Emmy for their efforts and could not be more appreciative. I will be back to this location & recommend to all my friends and family! I’ve already shared this story tonight alone. SUSAN and EMMY THANK YOU so much for your kindness tonight, you have no idea how much I needed it.”

“The men at the counter are always very friendly. They accepted a return on opened item after a debate, which was very much appreciated. I purchase my FLAiR Vaporizer cartridges here- They have always had a good stock of all the different flavored cartridges. I noticed they have a slot machine in there which is kind of interesting. Be very careful making a left turn into the parking lot if you're headed North on 420.”

“Anyone who complains of them not allowing them to utilize a restroom is writing a false report - they don’t have restrooms at all. Just go to McDonald’s! And anyone complaining about broken pumps - I live 20 yards from them and they are my go to… it’s rare but it happens… as with any gas station. I will say that as for their products they have significantly lesser rates than the Sunoco so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Plus due to the fact that I live so close, I’ve been to the Sunoco and they tried to cheat me and sell me a 2 pack of juul pods for the price of a 4 pack bc I walked over after celebrating events. Just saying. I live here and BP is my go-to. Out of all the stations here. Family and friend employed, reliable customer service, great place!”
