“I hate Home Depot because it's so big and I can never find anything or anyone to help me find anything. I want to Thank You for fixing your customer service. Today was a great day. I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. What a great shopping day because you made it so much easier. The world is a better place when people help you out. Please don't get robots! Anyway, I will definitely be back!”

“Very help full workers. I'm 80 yrs old. I ask for 50lbs premium bird seed. I ask if they could give it to me in 2 25lbs.easy for me to carry. They did it for me cuz they had no 50 lbs avaliable. “It was my first time coming here. I was looking for succulents and was greeted shortly after arriving and asked if I had any questions (I did). Lynn/Lin (not sure of how to spell it) was an absolute gem! She told me how to propagate some of my succulents and the requirements that they need. She also gave me some other tips. She was so kind, she made the process extremely easy and I'm very happy with my purchases!”

“We purchased our hot tub from Stu at the West End Fair. They were so patient with us as our kids were incredibly loud and jumping in/out of all of their display hot tubs. Never once made us feel uncomfortable and were so nice to the kids as we took forever to decide on a hot tub. They told us it would be ordered on the next truck and it was. They called for delivery and promptly delivered on the day scheduled with no concerns. The three delivery guys were amazing. Honestly the best. They helped us remove part of our fence, bring the hot tub down two inclines and put it in our deck. I can’t say enough good things about them. They took the time to teach us the basics of a hot tub and explain the chemicals needed. Never made us feel rushed. It honestly was a great experience overall purchasing the hot tub, the staff was the best. Stu called about a week later to check-in. Unfortunately our electrician never showed up but fast forward 3 weeks later- it’s hooked up and AMAZING. We’ve been in it every day multiple times. So incredibly happy and thankful.”

“I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). Thanks especially to Mike, the Specialty Manager, for taking his own time to swap this out for me. And thank you to the service desk who were kind enough to help me resolve my issue!
