Metro by T-Mobile provides very good customer service with a hospitable and knowledgeable staff. The store is very organized. Customers report receiving great help with switching or upgrading phones and solving problems, even in slightly complicated situations. The staff handles issues well and people feel confident they will be taken care of. Specific employees are noted for being kind and getting customers the right help, leading to strong recommendations for the store.
When I'm having problems with my phone/tabelet, they always helpful and resolved the problem. They're friendly as well. Will continue to go to the store on 8th and Oley. Thanks for all your help.

Purchased new phone for my son and when checked plan they put me in a more expensive one. Very shady business and underhanded way of conning more money..
