U‑Haul has everything for a local or long‑distance move, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks and self‑storage. Other available moving solutions include portable U‑Box containers, Moving Help® providers, hitch installations, moving and shipping boxes, propane and online reservations. The staff was very helpful at the Reading and State College locations. The whole process was quick and easy, and the team was super polite, on the ball and full of helpful information. Customers can get the right size truck pretty quick. When a mistake was made, the manager was able to refund the money with no hassle. Honest, compassion and helpful staff makes the place calm.
The staff was friendly and made the entire process easy especially given how busy they were and me showing up last minute. I was extremely pleased with the service.

The full experience for me was exceptional and the staff John and his coworker who was in the midst of a family crisis and still put me the customer as a priority was above and beyond what I expected. Everyone was professional and very kind. Thank you for making a overwhelming time easier for me.
