He helped me through a very difficult and time‑consuming process of transferring my company‑owned corporate cell phone number into my personal name after retirement.
This was not a simple task. Over the course of a full week and at least 15 hours of calls and coordination between AT&T Corporate and my former employer, Chandler stayed with it. He showed patience, professionalism, and genuine commitment every step of the way.

Logan there was so kind and very helpful on helping me make an account and set up my new service with At&t. “We came in to upgrade three phone lines, and Peyton was absolutely fantastic. The first two upgrades went smoothly, but during the third one the store’s internet crashed mid-transaction. On top of that, she had back-to-back customers walking in nonstop. Instead of getting flustered, Peyton jumped into action — she had multiple iPads going at once and rotated between customers to keep everyone moving and minimize wait times. Even when the systems kept going down (through no fault of her own), she stayed upbeat, calm, and incredibly professional. With all the technical issues she was dealing with, it would’ve been easy to get overwhelmed, but she handled everything like a pro. Her multitasking, positive attitude, and commitment to helping everyone efficiently were truly impressive. Customer service like hers is rare — Peyton is a huge asset to this store.”
