“We came in to upgrade three phone lines, and Peyton was absolutely fantastic. The first two upgrades went smoothly, but during the third one the store’s internet crashed mid-transaction. On top of that, she had back-to-back customers walking in nonstop. Instead of getting flustered, Peyton jumped into action — she had multiple iPads going at once and rotated between customers to keep everyone moving and minimize wait times. Even when the systems kept going down (through no fault of her own), she stayed upbeat, calm, and incredibly professional. With all the technical issues she was dealing with, it would’ve been easy to get overwhelmed, but she handled everything like a pro.
