“I brought my phone in after talking to Samsung. They told me there was Malware or possibly a Virus on my phone. I turned it over and was told it could take up to two hours to check and hopefully fix it. I got my phone back in perfect working order in just under an hour. Thank you so much for the professional and expedited care I was shown today. I will definitely let anyone I know, where to take their phones and computers if they ever have any issues whatsoever.”

Not only did he help us add the new phone line but helped us upgrade 2 other phones, found out that we were paying too much for certain services, and got us some rebates!

I do not often leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received at this AT&T store that I felt compelled to share my experience. Before coming in, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and had also visited the same store the day before, yet my phone issue still had not been resolved.
Then I met Peyton. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She quickly identified the problem and resolved it in no time, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile.
People like Peyton truly make a difference. The entire atmosphere of a business changes when you meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping others. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help turned a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one.
I hope AT&T hires more people like her—or even promotes her to a leadership role where she can help train and inspire others. She is a tremendous asset to the company, and I am very grateful for her help.”
