“A huge thank you to this Verizon store and especially Russell. We needed to add a phone line to our existing account for my husband. Not only did he help us add the new phone line but helped us upgrade 2 other phones, found out that we were paying too much for certain services, and got us some rebates! With three new phones, a new line and some add-ons we’re paying less than we were prior to our visit there. I will never, ever go anywhere else except this Verizon store!!!!”

“Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at an AT&T store. Taylor was so nice and helpful without making me feel pressured into anything. Everything was explained clearly, and I left feeling like I got exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend!”

“Phone suddenly went out of control. Continuous stream of security alerts and adds for various cleaners, anti virus, pdf readers etc etc to fix or stop the horrible things Google claimed my phone was doing. The ibreakifix person quickly was able to bring ot under control and told me if it happens again I can make anappointment and they will dig deeper and run tests. I offered to pay for the over the counter quick steps he did to make it stop. Said just post a rating for what happened today. Come back if it keeps happening and make an appointment. Also he showed me things I can do to stop temporarily if it happens again until I can schedule an appointment.”

“Excellent Customer Service! I do not often leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received at this AT&T store that I felt compelled to share my experience. Before coming in, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and had also visited the same store the day before, yet my phone issue still had not been resolved. Then I met Peyton. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She quickly identified the problem and resolved it in no time, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile. People like Peyton truly make a difference. The entire atmosphere of a business changes when you meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping others. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help turned a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one. I hope AT&T hires more people like her—or even promotes her to a leadership role where she can help train and inspire others. She is a tremendous asset to the company, and I am very grateful for her help.”

“Ryon was very helpful. We came in, he helped us as soon as we walked in. He got down to business and did not try and tell us anything we did not need to know. If you need to go to a AT&T store. I suggest you got the to the Queens Gate location.”
