Wrote the company about the damage just to make them aware of the packaging. Well they send me another complete replacement set with no hassles. Its really nice to still do business with people who actually care about their customer service. “The guys at Penndel hardware are second to done. My son, who is 4.5, has a favorite Christmas blow up. Well, Santa let this blow up come early as my son is fully potty trained. Well, guess what The blow up who name is Penguin shake would not shake. My son was so sad.
So, we took Penguin shake to the guys at the hardware store and they were able to fix him. They were so nice to my son and they said they will fix it. So they fixed and the next day he stopped working. We called and they said bring penguin shake back. They fixed it again and for no charge.
Great place and I highly recommend them. Now I know where to bring my Christmas blow ups too. Also, I am not very handy lol so if I have any projects. I am definitely going here ?”
