“The staff at this LabCorp are the best that I’ve ever seen. There is no wait if you have an appointment. I purposely only get my blood drawn here when I have closer locations that I could go to. The process is flawless, there isn’t even a pinch felt. Danielle is an expert and I hope that her supervisors acknowledge her as one.”
“Over all decent experience. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that no one was there to greet me or check me in when I got there , and had to use a kiosk to check in. The process wasn't difficult, but I guess this is the way the world is going. No human greeting anymore. No staff there upon arriving.
I waited a little while but then finally the staff showed up. After that , it was smooth sailing. Very quick. And efficient. A girl named Lisa took my blood and she had to be the most precise phlebotomist I ever encountered. She was quick, accurate, and the procedure was fast and painless. She was pleasant as well once I got into the room. Never had such an easy blood drawn experience. In and out.”

“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”
“Essy online scheduling. Was worried about some negative experiences posted but was a closer location at walking distance. My personal experience was positive. Quick self check-in, was called within 3m, blood drawn uneventful and staff was polite. Office was clean and bright. Left in less than 15m. Others were sitting and moved quick. I somewhat agree to few staff could use a friendly smile 😃 Will come back again.”

These ladies in here can do a blood draw with their eyes closed so well trained and really know what they are doing. The place is crowded but it is worth the wait!!!”

“BCL is hands down the quickest and best local lab, instead of waiting an hr+ to have your blood drawn you'll literally be at BCL for 10 mins even if you've never been there before... Vannida & Jaime are amazing receptionists.. the specimens all get tested and resulted super quick and the people at BCL will meet your needs and expectations”
“My daughter needed lab work and had a vagal response, passing out during the blood draw. The two women who attended to her were excellent, not only stabilizing and calming her, but later finishing the work while she was lying down.”
“Not gonna lie I have no idea what a 5 star phlebotomy experience is supposed to be like. Maybe like when you donate blood and they give you snacks after? Had to go to this location a couple of times and I've had an ok experience. Having an appointment did not shave the wait time down as much as I expected so I just did walk in the second time and it was fine. The employees are straight forward and polite if you talk to them like normal people. Will probably go here again at some point”
