“I was so impressed with Cheryl this morning. We took a box in which was so large that it would have cost $123 to ship. She encouraged us to cut the box down to half the size, as long as the contents would allow. She kindly assisted us in doing that and sealed it up. We ended up paying $60 instead of $123. She took her time with us and was very professional and helpful. You should give her a raise!!”

“An elderly lady trippy and fell over the carpet, I immediately ran to make sure she was ok, I was amazed at how the postal workers just sat and watched and didn't offer to help. My personal check out was fine, I just wish more people had human decency. After picking the woman up off the floor by myself and with her permission, I was able to help her call her daughter and wrapped her package for her while she waited. She was ok, thank goodness.”
