“They didn’t have what I needed, but I blame myself for not checking their inventory online before driving there. Five stars for having the same dark and depressing lighting that they all have and also the same “you can see where the shelving units from the previous store were” flooring. I don’t like surprises.”

“Our fuel oil tank was 75 years old so it was an accident waiting to happen. Most new oil tanks have a fifteen year warranty. The employees for Zimmerman's fuel department did a nice job and removed the old 275 gallon tank from our cellar and replaced it with a new tank. The old tank was nearly 3/4 full of fuel so they pumped that fuel into a temporary storage tank that was on our lawn. Then they pumped the fuel from the storage tank into the new tank using filtering equipment. They have an experienced crew for their fuel department and they charge reasonable fees for their work.”
“Generally the lowest prices around on tools. May not be the most organized but do you actually want them to act like a box store? At least they don’t rearrange the whole store every year or two and if you don’t like the chatty owner vibe then go to a store that is owned by a corporation.”

“First time visiting Howes. Needed 2 glass panes for an outdoor lamppost fixture, to replace ones that were broken. I dropped the like samples off at 4:00 pm Thur and they were ready by 9:00 am Friday. Panes were trapezoid, not rectangular. It was super easy and the glass looks great. Rep was welcoming and the price was fair.”
“I received legendary customer service today at TSC! My husband is a trucker and has limited time at home to do projects. He called the New Holland, PA store from the road and the staff took his order and had everything ready when I got there to pick it up. By the time I went I to the store, paid, and walked back to my car it was al loaded up and ready to go! Brody and Megan went over and above to make the whole process quick and easy! They and Amber all were friendly and so helpful. Thanks again!”

“Weinstein Supply stepped up when another Bathroom Supply Company dropped the ball on our Swanstone Walls and Shower Door and had the materials to us within 6 weeks. We had been waiting on the Swanstone Walls from the other company since the beginning of January 2021 and were told in July that Swanstone did not have the order and we would have to reorder at the current pricing. We cancelled that order and went with Weinstein. Rose is on the ball and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to make sure we had the best match for what we wanted. This is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.”

“I was attempting to fill my propane tank. It was out of date Inspection-wise so I needed to buy a new tank. The younger employee said he couldn't accept my old tank. Thankfully a wiser employee intervened and said they could take it so I didn't have to deal with it. It is nice to still have a local hardware store available.”
