“More than accommodating, it's like a small caring family. Jeff has been superb, with knowledge of units available to being super duper patient. Would recommend this facility or any other that Jeff manages. He's added security and given renters reason to trust in that security. I've been spending allot of time getting things ready for my next move, therefore I've been at the facility allot. My dog onyx and I were not only welcomed by Jeff and some maintenance personnel, we were almost expected to be there and it made everyone's day, save for the people who have been renting uhauls to try to rob storage units that my pit bull and I were now watching over. 5 stars +++.”

We experienced a medical emergency when camping in the Lancaster area and unexpectedly needed an immediate place to store our camper. “I stored all of my belongings here for a very rough couple of years. Swapped units a couple of times with zero hassle; 1 outdoor pull up to 2 inside units without climate control- no damage to my items either way. The units are sturdy and you don't have to worry about rain getting inside. You will need your own padlock. I do suggest bringing your own, but they are available for purchase inside the office if you forget to bring one.The property manager is an awesome woman (and drives that golf cart like a Mario Kart pro! Hold on tight haha) She is very kind and understanding as long as you are communicative. Any issues I had were always addressed and resolved promptly (mostly updating my payment method- very simple). She keeps a very clean and well maintained facility that feels very secure.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to store things. There are a wide variety of unit sizes and vehicle spaces available...and if they are currently not (the small units go fast, I was told), check back frequently for openings- Things change constantly with people moving in and out, yet the place is never crowded, and it's in a good location near a nice neighborhood and park. Very well lit and monitored, on a quiet street.Be sure to check prices on the website from time to time if you are storing things long term because they do fluctuate occasionally (reason I changed units). Also, please obey the signs not to bring food and drink inside to protect your things and everyone else's from bugs and mice! People did this when I had my things there and it ended up causing issues, however they were quickly resolved, as I said before. They do have routine pest control to prevent these things, so no worries as long as you follow the rules on your lease :)”

“First time using Premier- I wanted a temp controlled unit to store my motorcycle for the cold winter season, and couldn’t beat their competitive rates and 24/7 access to your unit! One of the only storages that allowed me to store a motorcycle indoors. Thank you!”
“Only 2 small issues I have is not having the ability to walk out of the fence. There’s no keypad inside the gated units, only a vehicle can trip the sensors inside. Also it can be selective trying to pick up my motorcycle even though it’s close to 1000lbs, bicycles definitely don’t register. The last would be the potential for a flat tire due to screws, nails etc dropped accidentally by people moving things in and out. There are a fair amount of motorcycles that come in and out that could easily get a flat, 15 mins a day with a rolling magnetized pusher would help insure the safety and cost for everyone there. I try to pick up and dispose of them each time I go to storage if I find any.”
