“There are lots of good choices around here for shops. Gateway has done a great job with maintenance for us multiple times. Parking is tight, but you can generally find a place. Clean and comfortable waiting room. They've been willing to get me in on short notice, and their rates for tire work, at least before fees and shop charges, are the best I've seen. Highly recommend.”

“It's very rare that I give anybody a fob store rating even if the service is excellent But the people at Buchanan Trail auto and tire are spectacular They're friendly they're nice and Their prices are very fair I first went to them when I received a Puncture in my tire Walmart quoted me $20 I called them they told me $10 and Then today I went in to get my vehicle Inspected And while I don't need brakes now I will soon in the future She quoted me an incredible Price to have the brakes purchased and installed on my car Don't go anywhere else check these people out first.”

“Looking for an honest garage? You found one! I had a long list of things I needed done to my Honda. They quoted a fair price but spent two additional days chasing an issue without a single cent added to the bill. To boot they fixed an unrelated issue with the “snow” button, again, without an additional charge.

“My husband and I were visiting from out of town when a light came on inmy 2014 Rogue. Gwen was able to tell me the likely culprit. I took my car the next day. They said they would squeeze me in since I was not local and needed to drive home. Dropped my car off around 1030. My transmission fluid and filter needed changed. By 6 pm we picked it up, the light was off and we paid a reasonable amount for the work done. I can't tell you how thankful we were, and how satisfied we were with the work done. 1000%.reccomend.”

“Rodger is a very nice man. He is looking for a car for us because our car's computer went out and will cost almost $5,000.00 to get fixed. We don't have that kind of money since we just moved back into our house from the fire in which we had lost everything, and upon moving back in, the contractors didn't fix it right, so we had to get attorney. “Eric is someone you look for in this business. He is someone you can trust. Good news or bad news he is honest, he will always go the extra mile, and the work he does is quality. I once had an issue with an older car I bought that 3 other shops couldn’t figure out. They all charged me too much money for surface level fixes that didn’t eliminate the problem. Eric spent a lot of time on my car (honestly way longer than what he charged me for) performing all kinds of tests trying to figure out the problem. Because he said he would run a diagnostic and find out why my car was acting up, he did. He is a man of his word. There is a difference between a mechanic that identifies possible causes of a problem and tests them to identify the root of the issue, and a mechanic that just tells you whatever the OBD scan tool says. At this shop they are the former. Nothing but good things to say about them. My car was 13 years old when I brought it to them, it’s now 18 years old. Haven’t had an issue with it since. He doesn’t take long with repairs either. Because he is thorough, though, charges a fair price, and people like him, don’t expect them to be able to turn you around in the same day. Keep that in mind when it comes to scheduling.”

“Chad is AMAZING! I took my Altima to him recently as a first time customer. Fitzgerald Nissan dealership in Chambersburg quoted me over $1300 to fix my shifter issue (it was locking up; wouldn’t let me shift out of park). Chad quoted me about $310 to fix it. When my car was all fixed up, he told me it took him less labor than he initially thought, so he lowered my bill to $257. He is so honest and extremely fair. I will definitely be taking my vehicles to him from now on, and will never take my cars to any dealership ever again except to get free repairs on recalls.”
