“I honestly am so impressed with how helpful and accommodating everyone in this store is . I actually called and told the manager how kind everyone that works has been to me . Everyone went the extra mile to do what they could for me . I ordered a fire table and chair set from there . They received the order promptly and assembled it at no cost . It was just an awesome experience from the minute I got out of my car . An employee walked in at the same time . She was so kind as well . It was so pleasant to work with everyone there concerning my purchase . I would highly recommend shopping here .”
“Came in looking for shingles that have been discontinued. Though I didn’t find what I was looking for I found something more… DONGHIA LUMBER CO! Thank you for all your help!”
“The lady at the service desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of the parts I needed and when ordered parts came in in a fast timely manner. Thank you very much”

“I recently stopped in to return an item. The young man at the counter was friendly . He asked if there was anything else I needed today and when I told him what I was working on, he walked around with me looking at different options I could use for my project. He was very knowledgeable of the materials I was working with. I was nice to actually go to a hardware store and have a person ring up the sale instead of being forced to a self check out!”
