Everyone at the store is friendly, and there is usually at least 1 person ready to help with experience in what you need. Today, it was Dan. “Do you want to know what's great about this hardware store? It's right inside the Giant Eagle on route 30. They have everything that a regular hardware store has. It's so convenient. Grocery shop and get your hardware needs. It's unbelievable easy.”
“This is a terrific hardware store. The people who work there seem to actually listen to and care about their customers. I have had some questions which were probably quite stupid, and they have never made me feel dumb for asking. They are also very knowledgeable about all sorts of repairs and projects, and will help you find exactly what you need for what you're doing. And if you need something they don't carry, the staff will direct you to the right store for it.
This has become my go-to store for bolts, tools, spray paint, and other random things I need.”
“I drive out there from Braddock/East Pgh. Prices are reasonable. True building supply yard. Staff always goes above and beyond to help w/ material specs and loading. They can even accommodate if using an atypical vehicle to load sand (5) buckets for smaller jobs.”

“Due to my job I tend to visit Home Depot locations all over the country. As with the vast majority of locations, this one is well stocked and most of the check out people are very friendly. I don't tend to interact with department staff, because I know what I need and where to get it(I'm a Pro). I would say that this location is a good one!”
