“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons.The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

I thought your job was to deliver the mail not decide on what mail i get or don't because you did not recognize the name you do not know who lives in my home. Horrible can just hope they did not steal it.This is not the first time. Been going here for years they really need more responsible people, who deliver your mail and if you receive someone else you just return it as normal. “The people working in this station are always excellent. Sometimes things take time, but they are very good at maintaining calm and being friendly.The location is always clean and bright. They open on time and I've never seen random closures like I've seen at other stations.I'm pretty happy overall with what they are doing.”
