My items were safely and securely packaged better than if I was shipping to myself! They know what they are doing. People sometimes balk at 3rd party shipping prices. What is important to me is that my collectibles are handled with care, safely packaged and arrive in a reasonable time frame. All boxes checked! “This store consistently does not disappoint. There isn't a time that we have gone here where the employees are not overly friendly and helpful. Everything is easy and seamless and it's always a great experience. Today, we had to bring a rather large box for a return, and an employee came out to the car and helped us and scanned it before we got anywhere near the door. Haven't read any of the bad reviews, but would guess that those people are not very happy individuals. This place is a win every single time. Thank you so much to the incredible staff that works there!”

“The person who assisted me was so helpful. She has been at this location for years. She had a very rude, demanding customer ahead of me and she remained patient and respectful.No one was home when my friend's package was delivered so the driver did not leave the package. Cudoos to that driver as well for following protocol. The lady assisted my friend in reaching out to the driver so my friend could retrieve the package. It was her daughter's sweet 16th birthday gift. Great customer service to the employee's involved. S/n- there was also a dispatcher in the Easton location who should be recognized as well. He was how the driver was contacted because the driver is from the Easton location. Great job across the board!”

“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons.The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

I thought your job was to deliver the mail not decide on what mail i get or don't because you did not recognize the name you do not know who lives in my home. Horrible can just hope they did not steal it.This is not the first time. “The people working in this station are always excellent. Sometimes things take time, but they are very good at maintaining calm and being friendly.The location is always clean and bright. They open on time and I've never seen random closures like I've seen at other stations.I'm pretty happy overall with what they are doing.”
