The fried chicken was perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside and the biscuit I got reminded me of the southern style cake-like sweet drop biscuits (moist tender inside, with a touch of honey on top). Also ordered rice with red beans on top which was also pretty good (beans were seasoned with a smokey ham taste). I got mine around lunch hour so it was probably all recently made. As many suggest fried chicken is best when fresh so dont be afraid to ask how long ago it was made.”

Didn't get his name but he had long hair, necklace......I asked about coffee location and breakfast sandwiches; he was intent on getting me hooked up and on my way!!!! Will definitely return to this Turkey Hill when I go through Pen Argyl again!!(My only disappointment is Cumberland Farms coffee. This is common in south Florida, especially the Cumberland Farms fuel stations. I can't drink that coffee; even the 'strongest' blend is like tea!!! Yuck.I thought Turkey Hill had their own push; I guess not.I like strong black coffee and if it doesn't 'curl my hair', I can't drink it).”
