“Excellent service; you can absolutely depend on this business! The service is thorough and the owner/employees are extremely honest with you and extremely knowledgeable. You never feel like you’re overpaying or getting stuff you don’t need. Every time I go here I get exactly what I am asking for without hassle and honest and reliable service. I have had them install new tires, alignment, oil change, brake pads, inspection etc.

“We don't even have the vehicle after having bought it a month ago!! On the trip to our home after the purchase we had transmission issues with it. Kyner's offered to come pick up the vehicle at our location... but they were a day later than they said they would come get it... it had various issues that needed to be addressed and so now it is a month later and two trips that we desperately wanted the vehicle for had to be taken with our car instead... and we don't have a date yet that we can expect it nor a final cost for what Kyner's will not accept responsibility for ....”
“Even though we live in Maryland we purchased our Toyota at Fitzgerald Toyota in Chambersburg Pennsylvania. Excellent pricing and availability. I continue to make the 70 minute drive to Chambersburg as I have been extremely impressed with the service provided. Making the appointment is easily done online and they send a pleasant reminder a day or so beforehand. Most recently I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and said I would wait. A day before the appointment our audio unit developed a problem and would do nothing but continuously turn itself on and off. When I arrived for my service I told the service advisor of the audio problem, thinking that I’d need to make an additional appointment to have it fixed. Instead he stated that they would be happy to include the audio fix immediately however as I was waiting he warned that it would take longer than the original service. While I waited I received a text containing a video from the tech working on the car with an update and the service advisor personally updated me as well. After 2 hours my oil change was done, my tires were rotated and my audio unit repaired! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received at this dealership!”

“A nice small family-owned business. It was a bit dirty inside the establishment - even more than what I would consider understandable for a garage. Despite that, though, the owner was nice, amicable, and very transparent about what he was doing to fix my car. His services seemed fairly priced and I appreciate his honesty upon answering all my questions. Not to mention open on Saturdays! Would definitely consider returning here again.”
“When I needed to schedule a much overdue oil change (I was leaving on vacation and had forgotten to schedule), they went above and beyond to fit me in. Not only that but it was cheaper than "the chain stores" that add on hidden costs. It's nice to see a small business that cares about its customers!”

Justin (sales manager) didn't stop looking for a vehicle for us until he was able to get us what we wanted. He went above and beyond! Jennifer is a great sales woman and can explain every little button and screen in a vehicle. We have never had a sales person explain all the details of a vehicle like she does. She rocks! They even had our tahoe sitting in the showroom when we got there to pick it up. Guaranteed our next vehicle will also come from Jennings and we will deal with Jennifer amd Justin again!”

After 3 Accidents resulting in a pervasive Exhaust Leak + damage to the undercarriage, that remained unresolved by 2 other major shops + the entire truck was starting to make a lot of noise.

“My husband and I moved to Shippensburg PA about 2 1/2 years ago. My husband shopped around different shops looking for a mechanic to work on both our vehicles, needing repair and Inspections. We have taken our vehicles to Cooks numerous times and found they are by far the best auto shop. The mechanics know their vehicles. Always let us know what needs to be done and does an EXCELLENT job on fixing repairs. We have never or will ever look anywhere else for an auto repair mechanic. Simply the best family owned business. We had to have our SUV fixed (sway bar) and the battery was dead in our other car. They dropped my husband off at the house and picked him up once the SUV was fixed, what wonderful service!. Couldn’t thank the business enough for that. Also, my husband is a Veteran and they DO offer Veterans discounts. Keep up the great work!
