“Went to one of the big name stores first. You know the drill... no one working in plumbing. No one could assist me. Found the parts I needed after half an hour. Got home and installed them only to find I still had a leak! After many failed attempts to remedy the leak and breaking the parts I just bought. :) I made a quick trip to Stiles moments before they closed. The guy looked at my old parts and within minutes picked out what I needed from the drawers. Came home and hooked everything up within minutes and NO LEAK!!! Oh by the way...Stiles was cheaper than that big box store! They'll have my business here on out!”

“I would love to give a very huge shout out to this fabulous company and their three employees who just helped me out. I literally owe them my life. Peoples gas company put a new gas meter in outside and shut off power to my stove, furnace and hot water tank. I went without heat or hot water for three days bc they red flagged everything. I am a senior citizen (67 years old) and having health problems and was freezing all this time. I was at my wits end bc I couldn't get anyone to help me. I needed a draft hood for the hot water tank and Meyers was the only one who had it. First time I was ever in their place and was treated with respect. Very friendly. They hooked me up and were definitely guardian angels along with their good friend Bill Ulderich who put on the draft hood and turned on the appliances. If u ever need anything, they are the company to go to. I will remember everything they've done for me forever... They really went above and beyond and I am very grateful. Thank u so much for ur kindness and empathy. I appreciate ur help more than u will ever know”

But the employee named Lisa came right up to me and asked if was finding everything okay. I explained to her that I couldn't find the product the website said they had and showed it to her. She looked it up for me and went personally to find it and bring it to me. She was amazing and I will definitely be back thanks to her kindness and over the top assistance. She was awesome.”
