After getting completely jerked around by two other local stations, Agway was a breath of fresh air. I called ahead on my drive over, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite on the phone. When I arrived, they saw me pulling my tank out of my truck and an employee came right outside to help me before I even made it to the door. I was refilled, paid, and back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service.
The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the lack of transparency on the breakdown of the fill. It is a flat-rate $16 charge for a 20 lb refill, rather than a metered price-per-gallon breakdown. While $16 is a very fair price to fill a completely empty tank, as a customer, I prefer to see exactly how many gallons were pumped and what the actual rate per gallon is on my receipt. That minor critique aside, their speed and helpfulness saved the day. I will absolutely be back.
(Note: For the Agway piece, a flat $16 for a full 20 lb / 4.7-gallon pump actually works out to roughly $3.40 a gallon, which beats U-Haul's standard McKnight Rd rate of $4.00/gallon anyway, plus you got a true 20 lbs instead of the short-filled 15 lb exchange cages!)

We often visit Linbrook for disc golf and never thought to check things out here until now! We will certainly start making regular visits after our rounds. Not sure if this is standard but the two food trucks on site were also nice for options. Cheers!
