“I know there are a lot of negative reviews out there, so this may get lost in the mix, but I have to say that my experience with Kuhn has been very positive so far. I recently had new service installed (internet only) and their customer service was attentive and respectful. The installation was very prompt and the technician worked with me to address all of my concerns. The internet speeds have been much better than the advertised package and my whole family is enjoying the massive upgrade from DSL. They may have made some policy changes recently to create this improved experience, but I encourage you all to give them a shot despite all the negative comments. I did just that and am very happy so far. 3 Month Update: Everything is still running just fine. Internet has cut out for very short periods of time during major storms, but it's been reliable overall. Speeds are good too. I pay for 50 Mbps and consistently get better speeds when testing. 1 Year Update: Everything is still running just fine. However, I'm starting to run out of data every other month as my kids grow older and start using more devices. I wish there was a way that I could pay a lump sum for unlimited data rather than paying $10 for 50 GB whenever we exceed the 2 TB data limit.”
