“Despite showing up maybe an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon, the employees were very helpful and friendly! Greeted me when I came in, helped me find things (even checking and getting things for me from the back room). The employee that checked me out went so far as to look through his coupons to see if there were any that could help me out (there weren't but I appreciated him taking the time to do it!). Overall, the service really stood out as it is rare to see truly happy and helpful retail employees this close to black Friday!”

“I went to the Reading commercial Sherwin-Williams outlet to drop off my paint sprayer. I hadn’t used the sprayer in a while and I wanted to get it checked out before I tried it.
Brian was working at the front counter and immediately told me to bring the machine into the garage and see if he could test to see if it’s gonna work for me. He worked on the machine for about 10 minutes and he got it to start spraying without even leaving it to get serviced. I really appreciate the effort he put into checking the sprayer on the spot. ??”
“If you can, use this Lowe's. Went to Reading first, website showed 20 items in stock....after 30 min. They found 1. Needed more so Hamburg was it. They had plenty. Poor service at Reading as well.”

“I have a DR brush mower that had a problem with the traction lever. To engage the wheels it needs to be depressed by the operator. So I start it up and put it in gear and it decides to go on its own. There was no way 150 pound me was stopping this 600 pound machine. That’s when I called Kuzan’s and Luke fixed it for me. He was kind, helpful and a communicated with me when it was finished a week later. Thanks again to Luke for actually doing his job because we all know in this day and age that’s not always the case. Thank you Kuzan’s and Luke.”
