“Looking for lamp oil, in case the power goes off with the upcoming big snow storm. Nowhere to be found. So we came over from Kutztown, as their website showed they had several in stock. Super friendly and helpful staff!!!!”
“The best bolt store ever! No one can beat the prices. Unbelievable stainless selection.
Get the quantities you need, not what other stores make you buy.”
“I went to the Reading commercial Sherwin-Williams outlet to drop off my paint sprayer. I hadn’t used the sprayer in a while and I wanted to get it checked out before I tried it.
Brian was working at the front counter and immediately told me to bring the machine into the garage and see if he could test to see if it’s gonna work for me. He worked on the machine for about 10 minutes and he got it to start spraying without even leaving it to get serviced. I really appreciate the effort he put into checking the sprayer on the spot. ??”
“Despite showing up maybe an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon, the employees were very helpful and friendly! Greeted me when I came in, helped me find things (even checking and getting things for me from the back room). The employee that checked me out went so far as to look through his coupons to see if there were any that could help me out (there weren't but I appreciated him taking the time to do it!). Overall, the service really stood out as it is rare to see truly happy and helpful retail employees this close to black Friday!”
“I always have a wonderful experience. They seem to have a good chain of leadership and seem to hire great people to work for them. Always takes me to a better place being there, good energy!”
“If you can, use this Lowe's. Went to Reading first, website showed 20 items in stock....after 30 min. They found 1. Needed more so Hamburg was it. They had plenty. Poor service at Reading as well.”
“There was an issue with my order and manager, Jose, completely saved the day! I was met with amazing customer service and felt immediately taken care of. He thanked me for my business, which is so refreshing to hear. He took control of the situation and personally made sure it was all corrected, in amazing timing.”

“I called later afternoon last Friday looking for a specific degreaser for our dressers that were going to be made into vanities. Our builder recommended this degreaser. I had previously called 13 places and no one had any. Kuzans did and it was shipped Monday and received in TN on Weds. Thank you so much! Excellent service!”
