Never, ever, ever in my wildest dreams did I imagine anyone could PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) this dent out of the door from my Audi Q7, but Berks Auto Collision Center did! Look at the unretouched pictures and judge for yourself. Do these guys know what they're doing? Damn straight Skippy!
Joshua Gilmour handled the entire repair start to finish. Josh has excellent communication skills and exceptional industry knowledge. Of course I understand they use an oudstide vendor, all body shops do. Josh had his professional on the phone while I was sitting at his desk. They reviewed my pics together and discussed process and price. We agreed on a scheduled repair date and Josh stayed. in touch throughout the day to update me on progress. When I was dropped off I saw my door from about 75 feet away and knew instantly they NAILED IT! Up close you can barely tell where the work was done unless you are looking for it. No insurance, no rental car, no hassle.
Without question I wholeheartedly recommend Berks Auto Collision Center for any repair, minor or major.
Note: My only question is who are the idiots that rated Berks three stars or less? If you are reading this and one of "them" yes, I'm calling you an idiot. You likely never gave anyone a FIVE STAR rating in your life. You most likely look for things to complain about. You probably complain about your food order to get a discount and then stiff your server on the tip. Yes, that's you. Cheers!”
