“Went to Lowe sinking springs for plumbing supplies. I was looking for what I needed for a half an hour. Finally I ask a female associate for some help and showed her the broken piece I was looking for. Well I was in the wrong aisle. The associate directed me to the correct aisle as I explained to her what I needed. She matched all the parts I need and it was over. Thanked her and said she was very helpful and very professional. Didn't get her name but she was awesome .”
“There's always this one tool you need.But don't want to spend a fortune on. This is a place to get it. I purchased a floor nailer from harbor freight over twenty years ago and it's still in great shape.”
“Despite showing up maybe an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon, the employees were very helpful and friendly! Greeted me when I came in, helped me find things (even checking and getting things for me from the back room). The employee that checked me out went so far as to look through his coupons to see if there were any that could help me out (there weren't but I appreciated him taking the time to do it!). Overall, the service really stood out as it is rare to see truly happy and helpful retail employees this close to black Friday!”

I left this store thinking wow this was the best Home Depot (Wyomissing) Super friendly and I didn't get the feeling the workers were avoiding me. “I read the prior reviews and was very disappointed. Contacted the manufacturer of Baldwin with no help for my problem. Then contacted the Baldwin Brass Center and eventually ended up speaking with Ovi Moldovan who was very helpful in solving my problem with a door lock by Baldwin that we purchased from Compleat Baldwin. I would highly recommend purchasing from Compleat if you want good service afterwards. FYI my son is an executive with a major construction company and he recommended Baldwin hardware for our entire house and orders from Compleat.”

“I went to the Reading commercial Sherwin-Williams outlet to drop off my paint sprayer. I hadn’t used the sprayer in a while and I wanted to get it checked out before I tried it.
Brian was working at the front counter and immediately told me to bring the machine into the garage and see if he could test to see if it’s gonna work for me. He worked on the machine for about 10 minutes and he got it to start spraying without even leaving it to get serviced. I really appreciate the effort he put into checking the sprayer on the spot. ??”

“Unload 20min for 25 pallets but for plastic only 1 dock on the North end of the building. Also overnight parking up front or you can go to the end of the street and there is a big Lot on the right hand side. Looks to be open from 7am.”

“I live 1/2 mile from a big box hardware store. You know, the kind of place where you better already know what you want and where it's located because you'll be hard pressed to find someone who actually knows what you want.Sometimes I'm just looking for a roll of tape or a nut and bolt and I really don't want to go on a hike to get it.9 times out of 10 I will drive the extra few miles to come to this place. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by someone who actually knows where the part is that I'm looking for! They even call another associate to meet me in the aisle!Now, I realize this is the optimal situation and it doesn't always go down that way, especially on a busy spring weekend. But with a little patience, someone will eventually provide assistance.Usually I can drive over there, get what I want, and get back home in roughly the same amount of time it takes me at the big box store.”
