“This Ace Hardware store has the most helpful employees and can help with the most difficult questions. They stock a little bit of everything and can special order materials, parts, and supplies if needed and not stocked. Super friendly people and a store manager that always has time for customer concerns. If you need hardware, lawn and garden equipment, patio things, paint, plumbing, basically anything in and around your home these are the people to go to . I would give Carrie and her staff 10 stars if possible.”

“I would normally give it 5 stars but recently their selection of certain building products have not been great, I was looking for a different color in drip edge and also ridge cap and their options for something so simple as that is far more limited than it should be”

“Everybody at this store was super helpful on getting what I needed, and they always have a perfect selection of tools And many accessories, the only thing I wasn't really fond of was they didn't really have a good selection for bolts.”

“Despite showing up maybe an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon, the employees were very helpful and friendly! Greeted me when I came in, helped me find things (even checking and getting things for me from the back room). The employee that checked me out went so far as to look through his coupons to see if there were any that could help me out (there weren't but I appreciated him taking the time to do it!). Overall, the service really stood out as it is rare to see truly happy and helpful retail employees this close to black Friday!”

“They are so helpful and friendly. Plus, they carry your large bags out to your vehicle and load them for you. They have a huge variety of merchandise available and their prices are great!”

“I went to the Reading commercial Sherwin-Williams outlet to drop off my paint sprayer. I hadn’t used the sprayer in a while and I wanted to get it checked out before I tried it. Brian was working at the front counter and immediately told me to bring the machine into the garage and see if he could test to see if it’s gonna work for me. He worked on the machine for about 10 minutes and he got it to start spraying without even leaving it to get serviced. I really appreciate the effort he put into checking the sprayer on the spot. ??”

“I've only been in this particular area for around 7 Weeks; but this Home Depot actually has Customer Service that responds to what your asking or inquiring about. That ALONE put this store in the top bracket compared to other Home Depot's ive seen and been to.”

“We received a damaged piece of furniture from Home Depot.com. We went to the Wyomissing store and were greeted by Wanda at the customer service desk. Wanda was extremely helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to advocate on our behalf with Home Depot.com to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Wanda for your help and service!”

“From start to finish my experience with Baldwin Brass has been simply outstanding. I purchased two different door knobs for my antique bathroom/hallway door and I have never seen such quality and beauty. Their customer service agents are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Eddie (and others) in sales expertly walked me through what I needed. I hadn't anticipated how much detail goes into being sure you order the right product. Tech support helped me as well to rectify a small glitch which was my fault. Treat yourself to Baldwin products without hesitation. Ten stars and thanks from this happy customer!”

“I read the prior reviews and was very disappointed. Contacted the manufacturer of Baldwin with no help for my problem. Then contacted the Baldwin Brass Center and eventually ended up speaking with Ovi Moldovan who was very helpful in solving my problem with a door lock by Baldwin that we purchased from Compleat Baldwin. I would highly recommend purchasing from Compleat if you want good service afterwards. FYI my son is an executive with a major construction company and he recommended Baldwin hardware for our entire house and orders from Compleat.”

“I visited this store to look at barn doors and was immediately greeted at customer service by a charming gentleman named Frank. He pointed me in the direction of the product I was looking for. As I looked at the doors there was no one back there, or they were busy. But along came a forklift, he was picking something up..but HE STOPPED to see if I needed help. Top notch customer service in my book. He told me he had to drop off what he was picking up but he would come back to help me. His name was Aaron. Aaron was SOO HELPFUL! He took the time to answer my questions and complete my order for me. Truly the BEST!”

“There was an issue with my order and manager, Jose, completely saved the day! I was met with amazing customer service and felt immediately taken care of. He thanked me for my business, which is so refreshing to hear. He took control of the situation and personally made sure it was all corrected, in amazing timing.”
