“The manager here is the sweetest most helpful person I have ever dealt with at a post office. She went above and beyond for three different people while I was there.”

“The postmaster is just the most amazing postal worker we have ever met. Most consider it a bother to even sell you a stamp. But he (I believe Jim is his name) is the best with no competition. He really has the most skill when it comes to genuine customer service.”

“The closest post office to my house - A cornerstone of Neffsville. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. I use this post office a few times a week, and they have always gone above and beyond to help me out. Dave is the man - always knows exactly how to ship my items.”

“We used to not enjoy this post office, but lately it's been really great. I think perhaps the new personnel are making a huge difference for the better. Janine at the front desk is always pleasant, professional, and wonderful to work with.”

“Quick service, but the older customers from the retirement homes are such a bore. They stand around and take up the clerks' time as though no one else has anything to do except listen to them. Excuse me, some of us work, and can't stand around chit-chatting all day, displaying senility. I've seen signs on other post offices about not taking up time about extraneous business/conversations. That should happen here. These old and decayed individuals should be told to shut up and leave. They are wasting everyone's time.Did I mention that I like this post office otherwise? I do.”

“I lost my mailbox key. I went to the Lititz Post Office and informed the clerk at counter about my problem. She informed me it will cost $25 to replace lock and issue of new keys. Then, the clerk told me to wait a minute while she contacted the person responsible for changing post office mailing boxes. The clerk came back and said that my box could have a new lock in about 2 hours. I paid the $25 and my lock was replaced in 1 hour. Great service and very friendly staff.”

“Needed to mail a post card internationally and the clerk knew exactly what to do and had a stamp at the ready. Boom! In and out in less two minutes. Very clean faculty too and parking ample available.”

“I enjoy this post-office. Nice and small and quiet. Always get what I need here. Be careful of the entitled drivers who come up on the curb and don't care if there's a pedestrian there. Maybe they should park across the street?”

“Parking on the side is the lonly parking and is rather limited. Also when you first pull it looks like the main parking is in back. It's for another business and you will have to walk back around. A really horrible set up. But I rates it a 5 because the mailperson was kind and efficient.”

“Tis' the season for lines, but well worth the wait when getting to the counter. She went above and beyond to help me on a busy Saturday morning. At this post office you feel like a friend not a #. Great customer service is key.”

“I want to give a big thank you to Bharat who helped us today with our passport applications. He is great! Very helpful, personal, and professional. He made the experience much less intimidating! Thank you, Bharat!!”

2.2 Poor22 Reviews

“Never had a problem there but they have cut their hours back and the older lady ("Jennifer?") that used to work there is apparently no longer there, mainly staffed with younger employees who sometimes don't know how to do things...also has a sign saying they don't accept more than five packages at a time.”

1.8 Poor5 Reviews

“I don't see all the fuss, they do their job and they do it well. They've always been courteous to me and I've never had an issue here. I've even asked for some unique requests and they've always complied. Same cannot be said for a lot of other places.”

“We had an issue (which turned out to be a non issue) with the delivery and the gentleman named Harry at the post office was incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped resolved the issue immediately and provided us all the necessary info. Another great post office with awesome service.”

1.6 Poor9 Reviews

“I was amazed at how quickly my package made it through this distribution center. Especially in light of everything the employees at USPS have had to deal with in recent years. I am truly grateful for the service they provide.”

1.7 Poor66 Reviews

“The Bart Post Office may have limited hours, but they have the lowest past office box rates, among the best community town watches, very limited waiting line and the most professional and courteous staff in our area. It's a very small location serving rural community. Mainly a local route distribution center for the carriers. Business has been slow in the past which is why the hours are short. Do more business there if you want longer hours. Which would be nice. We're grateful they're still open and appreciative of the service they're providing. Thank you USPS.”
