“I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”

“I've been using this Post Office for the past five years (including one time for passport) and always had great experience even though the crew has seemingly changed a few times.Employees are always courteous, friendly and patient, lines are taken care of quickly and store section is always well stocked with boxes and packing materials. That's exactly what one would expect walking into Postal Office and this one certainly delivers (pun intended).Looking at negative reviews, a lot of them seemingly reflect general USPS related issues and don't do proper justice for this office specifically, they are doing a great job.”

I had to submit a complaint regarding and issue we are having with mail at our address.He responded to my submitted complaint extremely quickly and seemed to really care about resolving this for me as quickly as possible. “Munhall Post office is small and in a strip of stores that line the street. I was greeted by a friendly worker that kept me laughing the whole time I was there. There was no wait when I went and was in and out in minutes. My trip there was longer that the time I spent in the Post Office.”

“In search of a post office near me or on the way to work that was open before I had to start work. I lucked out finding this post office that opens at 8am Monday thru Friday (and 9 on Sat) and is very convenient for me. It was exactly a month before Christmas and I had all my presents wrapped and packaged way early because I had perishables. I had every single package with me meaning multiple trips to the car. Ed was very helpful, fast, and efficient getting me in and out in a flash with as little fuss and hassle as possible. He was polite and cordial and experienced in his position. I am most appreciative!”
