“I don’t usually write reviews, but this time it’s warranted. I was in a few days ago to make a return (ridiculous you can’t ship back) and I was taken care of by the nicest and most patient associate I’ve ever dealt with at a retail store. Her name is Devi and she should be recognized. The system was acting funky and she had to return everything individually. She didn’t make me feel like a nuisance, instead she apologized, smiled and carried great conversation. I was returning over ten things! This woman should be a manager because she knows how to keep a level head, a good attitude, and gives exceptional customer service. Someone give this lady a raise!”
“They unfortunately did not have the specific item that I went there for. Apparently it's popular as the shelf was empty. Lady at the register suggested a substitute which worked fairly well.”
“Loved boscovs, super good deals. Lady at the chocolate counter was super nice and their chocolates were sooooo good! Just a fair warning for anyone going here though, food court only has one resuarant and its allllll the way on the other side. But its fine if you're just going to shop at boscovs. Great selection of home goods, clothes. Super cute outfits at reasonable prices.”

“Ordered online and picked up a few things at their self pickup area. Super connvenient! Also, it is nice that they are a return spot for Amazon. Kohls used to be a more reliable place to go for clothes but it isnt as much of a home run any more. Still, when a good coupon comes along we still check them out. The Doylestown location has two of the best ladies working at their customer service desk. So upbeat, patient, and knowledgeable!”

“Tariful in the men’s suits departments was a light of joy! He was wonderful, approached my boyfriend and I right away and got him the best fitting suit! Even grabbed shoes for him to try on and had me take photos. He was truly a blessing!! You can tell he loves what he does, will recommend everyone to go see him!”
“Returning an online purchase from Nordstrom's. Very pleased to be able to make the return to Nord. Rack. Browsed around the store: it's a bit of a jumple...sizes are haphazardly hung in random places, so you have to pick through and verify it's the size you want. Occasionally, I have found a gem, but requires too much effort. Will go back to online and the main store.”

“Good evening Family. I visited this location of Marshalls to utilize the rest room. I am here in the Cheltenmall Mall to patronize the Tmobile. I needed to see someone to dispute charges on my bill. I remember how I used to come here to take a Zumba class at the LA fitness. It was $20.00. I do not take that Zumba class anymore. But it was nice while it lasted. Yolanda joined me twice to take a class. We had a BLAST!!!! I was not sure if Marshalls had a rest room for customers. Some stores do not. Produce Junction does not have a rest room for customers. In this particular Marshalls, you needed a code to use the rest room. I asked a Marshalls employee for the code and he accessed it for me. I was so thankful. One thing I like about the rest rooms that you need a code for, they are usually always clean. Thank God for that!!! I was so happy to use it and then I left to go to Tmobile. Have a good night, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. There is plenty of parking here in the parking lot plus there are several handicapped spaces available. Good night.”
“On 3/2/24, I went to this location of the Philly institution known as FOREMAN MILLS. I was immediately greeted by the employees, told about/given a printed update about current sales, was offered assistance & was generally very impressed. The folks there could not have been more pleasant or helpful, the store was well stocked & the wide variety of products offered something for everybody. Despite Forman Mills being known to draw lots of traffic, everything was very clean & well-organized. Basically, the staff deserves lots of credit for a job well done! Thank you. “This is the best place to visit.
The building has been cleaned up and reorganized and it's very bright and refreshing to be in all parts of the building.
There is a professional and phenomenal worker. Her name begins with a "KH". She was so friendly on my shopping trip being ready to answer a few questions on my search and offering a quick conversation that just added to her customer service.
This is what I look for in stores- merchandise, customer service, attention, organization, cleanliness and temperature... No one wants to shop if it's too hot or too cold.
This store has ALL OF THE POINTS!!!
I MOST CERTAINLY will be returning to look at others sections for I was on a time constraint but I recommend 10/10.
Furthermore, there was an excellent young gentleman with braids that checked me out ( I didn't see his name tag) and he was very attentive with great customer service as well. Please give both of these people a raise, recognition and praise because I know dealing with the public is not easy, but did these two to handle this job with such grace... I love it”

“This is one of the nicest 5 and Below stores I've ever been to - very clean and well stocked. But the best feature of this location is the staff, especially Frank! I went in there for a selfie stick, but they didn't seem to have them. Frank helped me find a combination tripod/selfie stick that was just perfect. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. And as usual, we left there with more than we went in for lol.”
