This was my first time using this PO and I just happened to stop because it was close to where I was running errands. But I will definitely go to this one if I need to use a PO again even if it's not particularly close to where I live. I'm super impressed.”

I purposely will go out of my way and only ever go to this post office once I went there for the 1st time and had a wonderful customer experience. I agree with the other reviews it does make it feel like that hometown post office feel because of her:) they should give her a raise, because she certainly deserves it. Dear friends and neighbors, you don’t have to drive to Green Lane to find the nicest clerk anymore! Though as far as I know, they are still nice there, too. East Greenville is decent. Clerks are professional and competent. More convenient parking and closer to Walmart.”

“I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”

“If you need to get a passport especially if you have a child - I highly recommend this location. Not only are they polite, professional and efficient they are very accommodating to children. Donna was wonderful with my son - she even gave him a sticker and slime to keep him entertained. I did not catch the other woman’s name but she helped to make the appointment run smoothly by taking our pictures and making me additional copies. We had a wonderful experience at this location!”
