“I loved living at Westgate Village and have a lot of great memories in my year there. My wife and I made a long distance move and wanted to be in the area. After checking out a few other spots near Exton which were much more expensive, we decided to take a look at Westgate Village. Andrea gave us a tour of a 2 bedroom and as soon as we left, we knew it was the right choice. What did I love about living here? The price was more reasonable than anyone else. You get more sq.ft out of the apartment than others. Andrea, Kristin, and the rest of the staff were an absolute pleasure. They were always kind, fair, and quick to respond to any inquiry I had. They even go above and beyond by helping organize and host community events. I even was able to go to my first Phillies game in years after winning a community raffle! The apartments themselves are spacious and well maintained. Maintenance was also wonderful. They were always professional, punctual, and kind. Another thing I miss is the location. You are close to everything. Wegmans and Giant are right next door. The variety in takeout options was always great. Getting to KOP for shopping was easy. Paoli station is 10 minutes away. Going to Phillies games was simple! You really cannot beat the location on the mainline. I really can't recommend Westgate Village enough. I miss the hospitality of the community and especially the staff. Thank you again Andrea & Kristin for such a memorable stay.”

“Lived here 5 months during an internship. They had a nice policy for short-term leasing and I was never at any point hit with any unfair/unexpected charges. Any issues or maintenance requests were resolved quickly (within a day) and all personnel I interacted with were kind and professional. Not 5 stars because the unit I was in wasn't in perfect condition, but the staff truly are great.”

“I love living in my apartment. The view off the balcony is fantastic, and after two months here, I haven’t had any issues with any of my appliances. It’s quiet, and rent is a quick and easy process, plus water is included, which is a nice bonus. So far, everything has been great. The only thing that could improve is the front office answers calls more often then not and responding to emails in a more timely manner , but aside from that, it’s been a great place to live!”

“We've had an ongoing problem with an oven burner that kept breaking, even after multiple repair attempts.
When Vidal from the maintenance team visited today, he quickly diagnosed the underlying issue and fixed it for good. Thanks to him, everything is working perfectly now—the burner is secure and heats up as expected.
