“I usually have a great experience at this UPS drop-off location. They’re efficient and handle Amazon returns smoothly, especially with their free packaging and label service.
However, my most recent visit was disappointing.
The worker didn’t scan my package label, which was unusual, and then mentioned a $1.75 charge for something that is typically free. This has never happened before, and it felt out of line with the service I’ve come to expect, but someone else told me this happened to them and dismissed the issues they said, So I hope this was just a one-off issue because this location is usually reliable and convenient.”
“I can't recommend the Hanover Staples Print Shop enough!!! I used to go to the West York location because it is closer to my home, but always had negative experiences, so I decided to change it up and try the Hanover store. I'm glad I made the switch!!! The staff at Hanover Staples really take pride in the products they print and it shows! I get rather large documents printed (manuals for training) that require spiral binding, a clear front and solid back cover, tab dividers, and some pages printed in color. This Staples never disappoints!!! The last order I placed was a large order with multiple types of manuals (Large and Small).
First, I get my documents printed in black and white with specific pages in color. During this order, the product preview on Staples.com was not working properly, so the pages I had marked as Color were displaying as B&W. I decided to submit the order anyway as it still showed the correct pages listed as color and this particular print team has always done amazing in the past. Lo and behold, my manuals came out perfectly!!! All the pages I had marked as color were correct and it looks great!
Second, the lovely associate from the print shop (I believe it was Kat) called me to confirm my order, and then she called again to verify the order details as they were running low on some supplies and she was concerned she may need to change some of the binding (just the color of the spiral bindings). Not only did she call and make sure it was okay to use blue instead of the black I ordered for the spiral bindings, she also went over the tabs and other details with me. She wasn't sure she had enough tab dividers for the Large manuals I ordered (their standard tabs are 5 tab rows, and my manuals needed 12 tabs each), so she asked if I would be okay with changing it if they did not have enough of the standard size so that they would all be uniform. They ended up having enough of the regular tabs to get them all done as ordered, but she had said she wanted to cover all her bases while we spoke so she could get the order completed in a timely manner. How professional of her to think ahead and go over every detail with me so that my order would come out on time and just the way I wanted it?
I can't tell you how impressed I am with the team at this Print Shop! They pay attention to detail and communicate to make sure you get the best product and experience(shoutout to Kat and Dawn for being so awesome!!!). If you need anything printed, do yourself a favor and go to This Staples Print Shop on Eisenhower St in Hanover!!! You'll be glad you did. :)”
“After another print shop was giving me a hard time and delays for a time sensitive project. I stopped in here to get a project done for the first time.
They were extremely busy, but took the time to answer my questions, gave me a space to work there, worked on my project while I was still in the store and on my way home got the notification that it was done!
Highly recommend!

“I live in zip code 17402, and I would rather drive 5 miles to this location than visit a nearby USPS location. The staff member here is very polite and welcoming, and she has excellent communication skills.
Although the space is a bit tight, it doesn’t get too busy, so it usually isn't an issue. However, parking can be a bit challenging for new drivers. If you park face-in upon arrival, you'll have to back out onto the road, but with a little patience, it shouldn't be a problem.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my first visit and will definitely be back.”

If I may be honest, I find the majority of workers to be rude and miserable :-( it was so refreshing to meet them and have them service my needs. Kudos, Ladies!”

“...Had a futon redirected to this location because Fedex was going to ship to house on rainy day. The clerk was nice and helpful. The manager Brandon was great too. I had asked him to help me load the large box into my car, which he was not required to do but he did it anyway. It shows he was understanding (that I didn't have a helper with me) and patient (that he left the store for some time, pushed the cart all the way to my car, and then loaded the box into my car). Thank you very much to the folks working at this store.”

“The staff at this post office is so helpful. We had to be out of state for several months last year. Using the federal website for forwarding was daunting both setting it up and ending the service. The Post Mistress was so patient and helpful setting me up. She also assisted with a passport issue. My delivery person is friendly and will place heavy boxes by my door as I am disabled now. I can't say enough about them. I have experience with the postal service in Tucson and I can tell you it ranks a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Thomasville ranks a 10+ in my book.”
“Staples is always a quick go to. I would suggest going on apps like iBotta and see what Cashback they offer. They're not the best price but in a pinch it typically have what I need.”

“I had troubles with my printer & Jeff helped me the first time. He did everything to help me. He was kind & understanding. He wanted to solve my problem with the printer.
I had a problem again within a month from the first problem & Grant helped me this time. He is kind & understaning like Jeff is. Both of them took their time to help me & were happy to do so.
I appreciate them both very much & they are so caring. They are great assets to your store in Hanover, Pa.”
“I'm not giving this store 5 stars simply because it is one of the smaller Staples stores, rather than the large full-service type that does Passports, etc.
The store generally has what I need or can get it delivered quickly. I use it for my business so the Easy Rewards are pretty nice.”

“I ship multiple times a week usually, and rarely run into issues. When I do, it's because a customer is wrong or misunderstands something or has the wrong address, and the postal workers at this location are nearly always courteous and kind. No complaints about the office, just some of the customers.”
“Although at times, the Post Office is short staffed, it's because certain v. large corporations are putting pressure on government to privatize. In 2025 this service will have been operating competently and loyally to US citizens and customers for 250 years!”
