“We worked with Keith to design custom wedding bands. We had considered a few other jewelers in the area, but the wax process WAX uses is what made the studio stand-out. Thanks to the wax molds Keith created, we were able to see and feel what the finished product would feel like, which was a huge boon, considering the rings were custom. Other places offered to create a computer rendered design, but we wouldn't have been able to see the product until it was done. I think that in addition to the great customer service from Keith and Sandra, this ability to see/touch/feel and make adjustments to the wax mold is what really made our experience so wonderful. Throughout the entire process, we were kept up-to-date on the progress through real-time pictures and messages. Keith worked with us to create a design that was special and meaningful, and we LOVE the finished products.”

Overall Iam pleased with how my ring turned out and happy to be done the situation.I dropped off my ring to have it resized on 12-31-21 and ready for pick up on 1-14-22. I have not been unable to get her on the phone or the store. Iam at the point iam going to have to contact attorney or police. Any one else having this issue”
“My seven year old had her ears pierced by Sienna at this location. She was kind, gentle and professional. My daughter was super nervous but said it really helped ease her anxiety when Sienna chatted her up about different hobbies to distract her. Her ears have healed beautifully and she is so proud of them. I didn’t catch the manager’s (?) name on-site at the time, but she was equally lovely.
