“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”

“I travel a lot and I use National Car Rental in every state I fly to. I am often at the PHL airport location as it is near to my corporate office. The staff is generally friendly and I have a smooth experience choosing a car and exiting the facility. This time around, every car I chose from the Emerald aisle was filthy inside and out. I am not sure why the cars had not been washed, but that was my only pet peeve. I found a car that was semi-clean on the inside, chose it, and it ended up being a plesant experience. I just prefer both interior and exterior to be cleaned.”

“I just bought a brand new RAV4 and while I was parallel parking accidentally scuffed the front left side. I was so upset! I called to bring my car in for a quote and they were able to see me in just an hour. Steven came out and buffed it out of my car in less than a minute and wouldn’t charge me anything. (Extremely grateful!) It pretty much looks like brand new. Next time I have anything happen to the body of my car I’ll for sure take it back to Roxy Auto.”

“This was such an easy and smooth experience. I had been using Turo for the past few years when I travel, which has been great for renting small, simple vehicles. I’m this case, we needed a minivan for a local rental because I had a lot of family in town visiting and we wanted to all fit together in one vehicle. Turo didn’t have any new minivans, just older ones, and the price was pretty high. Budget had brand new minivans at reasonable daily rental prices. The best part of this though was the super nice guy at the counter when we picked up the car. I hope he sees this! He was just pleasant in general but he noticed I needed to get a new license soon and I lamented about the DMV in Philly. Thank you so much for letting me know about AAA Ardmore’s photo center for Penn Dot. In and out in 5 minutes! I hope other people read this and take note too. “I had a great experience with this Enterprise location as part of an insurance claim/repair. They met me at the body shop so I didn't have to worry about getting to them and then allowed me to leave the rental at the body shop once my car was ready and they would pick up. My time inside the office to complete paperwork was minimal and the car was clean and appropriate to my needs. I would highly recommend!”
