“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”

“I travel a lot and I use National Car Rental in every state I fly to. I am often at the PHL airport location as it is near to my corporate office. The staff is generally friendly and I have a smooth experience choosing a car and exiting the facility. This time around, every car I chose from the Emerald aisle was filthy inside and out. I am not sure why the cars had not been washed, but that was my only pet peeve. I found a car that was semi-clean on the inside, chose it, and it ended up being a plesant experience. I just prefer both interior and exterior to be cleaned.”

“Thee car was a Chevy Malibu, which ran wonderfully. I had requested a compact, but, if I am not mistaken, a Malibu is larger than that. Still, it was a fine car that I picked up and dropped off when I needed to. There were no delays. The person with whom I worked at the Enterprise agency agency was friendly and helpful.”
“This place took care of me and my Buick after a dude hit my parked car and destroyed its mirror. They kept me informed about my side mirror and when one order for it got lost in the mail found and ordered another promote. They also made connecting to the rental car services super easy! Thank you for dealing with my bad luck of a car situation!!”

“I booked online for a conference my wife was going to an we needed a car for the 5 days and got the week discount. Mike picked me up from my house and made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. I am so grateful for his conversation and kindness during the process as well as the return. “They picked me up when I dropped off my car for repair, and were right on time. The rental vehicle was solid.
The only thing I didn't like was that. The vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas. So I added another quarter tank to bring it to the halfway mark. However, I never drove it that much. So I returned the vehicle with a lot more gas than when I had picked it up. They should have paid me for the additional gas”

“Very happy with the work I had done. Called in the morning to drop off my car which needed brakes and it was done within 3 hours. As a woman going in there is always that fear you’re going to be bamboozled, but the price was fair to low and there was never a moment I was talked done to. Will definitely go back for any other work.”

“We had such a great and amazing experience we needed a nice large luxury SUV for a wedding we called everywhere no body had any available. When we spoke with Eugene and explained the situation that we needed an SUV for a wedding in 2 days he was able to find us a very nice Esclade when we got there the vehicle was clean shining and ready to go the process was quick and we were off to the wedding. “This was such an easy and smooth experience. I had been using Turo for the past few years when I travel, which has been great for renting small, simple vehicles. I’m this case, we needed a minivan for a local rental because I had a lot of family in town visiting and we wanted to all fit together in one vehicle. Turo didn’t have any new minivans, just older ones, and the price was pretty high. Budget had brand new minivans at reasonable daily rental prices. The best part of this though was the super nice guy at the counter when we picked up the car. I hope he sees this! He was just pleasant in general but he noticed I needed to get a new license soon and I lamented about the DMV in Philly. Thank you so much for letting me know about AAA Ardmore’s photo center for Penn Dot. In and out in 5 minutes! I hope other people read this and take note too. That was so much better than a Philadelphia Penn Dot experience. Can’t thank you enough.”
